MISSION STATEMENT:
Maintain the highest possible collection performance and recovery standards for our many medical, commercial and retail clients. We are totally committed to maintaining excellent public relations for our many clients and their debtors, while simultaneously utilizing effective professional collection techniques.

HISTORY:
Our company was established June 4, 1976. Our total combined years of collection agency experience equates to over "33" years. Since inception, Data-Central Collection Bureau, LLC has shown continued growth in both client base and collection totals. As we look to the future we anticipate continued growth, utilizing current and emerging industry technologies, continually updating our on-going training procedures and maximizing recovery for our entire client base.

FACILITY:
We are located in Fresno at 2600 West Shaw Lane, in our own 7,100 sq. ft. office building, along with our on-site Attorney. Our office is near the Shaw and Marks shopping corridor, including such popular stores as Wal-Mart, Target, Mervyn's, Costco, Home Depot and Office Max. There are also a number of local banks within a few blocks of our office. This creates a great convenience for your delinquent debtors to personally make cash payments and/or discuss their account, in person, with a collection representative. STAFFING/ORGANIZATION:
We employ a staff of 26 full-time and part-time employees for a combined total of 264 years of collection experience. We believe one of our greatest strengths is our exceptional staff and the longevity of their service. Average length of employee service to Data-Central is currently 9 years per employee. Staff supervision is approached in such a way as to encourage and motivate.

There are presently eight departments within our company consisting of Collections, Client Services, Third Party Liability Recovery, Data-Processing, Marketing, Self Pay Billing Service, Debt Purchasing and Administrative.
