History

Data-Central was established June 4, 1976 by Robert C. Kempen, Jr. Prior to establishing this agency, Mr. Kempen was employed locally in the collection industry for eight years and was licensed by the State of California, Department of Consumer Affairs in 1971.

Today, Data-Central has the ability to customize Accounts Receivable solutions to immediatly meet the diverse needs of California's professional business market. For each guarantee a successful business partnership.

Facility

Data-Central is located in Fresno, CA at 2600 West Shaw Lane, in our own 7,100 sq. ft. office building, along with our on-site Attorney. There are also a number of local banks within a few blocks of our office, which creates a great convenience for your delinquent customers to personally make cash payments and/or discuss their account, in person, with a collection representative. We encourage you to schedule a tour of our facility at your convenience.

Staffing/Organization

Data-Central currently employs a staff of employees with a combined total of 264 years collection experience. We believe our greatest strength is our exceptional staff and the longevity of their service. Average length of employee service to Data-Central is currently 9 years per employee. Staff supervision is approached in such a way as to encourage and motivate.
